Q: I'd like to order. How do I begin?

A: Start by sorting through your photos and select those you would like to see in your custom production. If you are asking friends or family to contribute photos, allow plenty of extra time!

Q: How long will it take for my DVD to be completed?

A: Depending on the number of photos and other items included in your production, it can take between one and three weeks for completion and shipment after we receive your materials. Time of year is also a factor. We tend to have a larger volume of orders during the holidays and summer months. Rush orders can be processed for an additional charge of $35.00.

Q: How do you I send you my photos?

A: Email is preferred, but you can also send us your photos on a photo CD or memory card via postal mail. Photos sent electronically should be in .jpeg format.

Q: What is included in the cost of my DVD?

A: See our Pricing page for information on cost.

Q: How do I order another copy of my DVD at a later time?

A: Copies of your production will be available at the reduced cost for thirty (30) days.

We recommend ordering additional copies with your original order at a discounted price.
