| Antoinette Productions Checklist
1. Gather and organize your photos and other items you would like to appear in your presentation. If you are asking friends or family to contribute photos, allow plenty of extra time.
2. Number your photos in the order you would like them to appear in your production. DO NOT write on the back of your photos unless you use an acid-free or “memory-safe” pen. You can find these at any craft or scrap booking store. Or, use a pencil but write softly as so not to damage your photo. You can also use small sticky notes on the back of your photos. This is discouraged, as they may come loose.
3. If you are planning to send us digital photos, please send them in .jpeg format and simply rename each photo with it’s corresponding number in the production. For help with this, contact us. Or you may send us a photo disc or memory card.
4. Fill out the order form completely, indicating any titles, captions, etc. you would like displayed for each photo. Send the order form to us with your photos.
5. We know that your photos are precious to you. If you are mailing photos, we suggest that you package them using weatherproof materials. A large Zip Lock bag works well to help protect them from the elements. Also, be sure to use a sheet of paperboard to prevent bending. We cannot be held responsible for poor packaging and damage that may happen as a result during shipment.
6. We suggest that you use tracking information when mailing as well. We will return your photos and other materials using the same method.
7. We accept payment via personal check, money order or PayPal.
Rush orders will incur a $35.00 processing fee and depend upon availability.
8. We will contact you when your production is complete and mail it off to you, along with all of your original items.
