Terms and Conditions
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Antoinette Productions, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Provider") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from damage to property during shipment, by myself or any other person. In no event shall Provider be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages whatsoever.
I acknowledge that any and all materials submitted to Provider are my own personal and original property. If any materials are protected by copyright, I have in my possession written permission to use said materials. It is my sole responsibility to ensure that I comply with all copyright laws. I also acknowledge that any music submitted for use in my DVD production has been purchased legally. I hold harmless and release Provider from any liability resulting from failure to abide by copyright law.
I understand that the final product produced by Provider may not be duplicated without written permission from said Provider. I agree that all sales are final and that full payment must be received prior to shipment of completed order.
Provider reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting, including but not limited to charges associated with services provided. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then-current Terms because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these Terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages at this Site.
